How to Toss a Pizza Pie

Last night we made some AMAZING pizza, courtesy of my Uncle Dave's (should be) Famous dough recipe. SO good! And my Uncle Dave even sports a mean toss technique. Check out the apprentice, Ian, at work.

    This was fun to watch - thanx for posting. So - did Ian toss the dough this time in Berlin? What did you top your pizza with?

    He did indeed toss that pie. Our crust wasn't quite as good as uncle Dave's. I blame it on German flour. (Can't be my mixing right?!)

    We had a plethora of options- yellow pepper, pepper salami, tomatoes, pineapple, corn, red onion, mushrooms, pepperonis, etc

    We each made half a little pie. Delicious!
